Our team will have your room ready so you can check in from 2 p.m. If your room happens to be ready earlier, we will be happy to give you access to it. In any case, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room.

Check-out time is at 11 a.m. If needed, you can ask the reception to leave your luggage in the luggage room until your departure.
Subject to availability, please ask our reception team. However, if you are arriving very early or leaving very late, and want to be sure you can access or keep your room, we recommend booking an additional night.
Our hotel is located in an old building. Unfortunately, it does not allow us to provide accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. by our team.
If you prefer the privacy of your room, we offer a continental breakfast served in-room from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It includes your choice of hot drink, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit compote, orange juice, and our bread and pastries — always from our famous neighbor, Maison Mulot.
To ensure you can fully enjoy Paris, the hotel is open 24/7.
If you return late in the evening or during the night, simply ring the bell at the entrance and our night staff will welcome you.
The hotel is located in the center of Paris, and many transportation options are available just a few minutes away.
We do not have our own parking, but the public “Marché Saint-Germain” parking facility is available. It is located 40 meters away, just across from the hotel. The rate for 24 hours is €49.30.
Our hotel is entirely non-smoking, for the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
Pets are not allowed in our hotel in order to preserve the peace and comfort of all our guests.
We will be delighted to welcome you and your family. Upon request at the time of booking, we can provide a baby cot (for children up to 2 years old), but only in our Junior Suite category rooms. We can also lend you a changing mat, a bottle warmer, or a high chair upon request. Everything your little one needs to feel right at home…
Yes, our six floors are served by an elevator. As some might say, it is “Paris-sized”… as we are located in a traditional Parisian building. Please note that to reach some of our rooms, a few additional steps may still be required. We recommend informing the reception at the time of booking if you prefer a room without those extra steps.
All our rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Our Junior Suites feature a television in each of the two rooms.
We offer an external laundry service. Please drop off your clothing before 10 a.m. for a same-day return by 8 p.m.
Our reception team will be happy to recommend our favorite restaurants based on your preferences.
Our reception team is at your service 24 hours a day to arrange tours, shows, restaurant bookings, or airport and train station transfers.

What measures do you take in the hotel to help protect the planet?
Concerned about climate change, our entire team is committed to reducing our environmental impact. We have implemented the following measures:
• Sorting all hotel waste
• Reducing the duration of outdoor lighting during the night
• Offering guests the option to limit the change of towels and bed linens
• Prioritizing local suppliers whenever possible (pastries, fruit, etc.)
• Providing each team member with a “Zeste” water bottle, the only stainless-steel bottle made in France
• Offering this “Zeste” bottle for sale at the reception
• Making a water fountain available at reception
• Training the entire team to adopt eco-friendly practices
• Installing hair & body gel dispensers in showers and bathtubs
• Choosing certified hygiene products for all bathrooms
• Partnering with UNISOAP, the first French association to recycle hotel soaps to provide access to hygiene for people in need
But this cannot be achieved without you. We also encourage you to:
Close the windows in your room when the heating is on in winter or the air conditioning is on in summer.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving your room in summer.
Switch off the lights and the television when you leave your room.
Inform the reception team in case of any water leak.
Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible.
Choose nearby public transport options to explore Paris.
Refill your water bottle at the fresh water fountain available at reception.
Opt to limit the change of your bed and bath linen.
Sort your waste as you would at home using the new recycling bins available in all our rooms.
