What time will our room be available?
Our team will have your room ready so you can check in from 2 p.m. If your room happens to be ready earlier, we will be happy to give you access to it. In any case, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room.

What time will we have to leave our room on the morning of our departure?
Check-out time is at 11 a.m. If needed, you can ask the reception to leave your luggage in the luggage room until your departure.

Can I keep my room after 11 a.m. if needed?
Subject to availability, please ask our reception team. However, if you are arriving very early or leaving very late, and want to be sure you can access or keep your room, we recommend booking an additional night.

Can we have breakfast in our room?
If you prefer the privacy of your room, we offer a continental breakfast served in-room from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It includes your choice of hot drink, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit compote, orange juice, and our bread and pastries — always from our famous neighbor, Maison Mulot.

Can you set up a baby cot in our room?
We will be delighted to welcome you and your family. Upon request at the time of booking, we can provide a baby cot (for children up to 2 years old), but only in our Junior Suite category rooms. We can also lend you a changing mat, a bottle warmer, or a high chair upon request. Everything your little one needs to feel right at home…

Are the rooms equipped with a television?
All our rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Our Junior Suites feature a television in each of the two rooms.
